What Shipping Methods Are Available?
I ship using the US Postal Service.
For domestic (USA) shipments you have the options to choose First Class (up to 5 business days), Priority (from 1 to 3 business days) or Express shipping (from 1 to 2 business days).
Tracking is included.
International orders also ship using the US Postal Service. Your choices are First Class International (up to 45 business days, but usually 3 weeks), Priority International (up to 10 business days) or Express International (up to 7 business days). Tracking is included but First Class International usually only tracks up until it leaves the USA.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Domestic Shipments (USA):
First Class – up to 5 business days
Priority – from 1 to 3 business days
Express – from 1 to 2 business days
First Class International – up to 45 business days, but usually around 3 weeks
Priority International – up to 10 business days

Yes. I ship anywhere around the world.
How Can I Return A Product?
To return a product, please contact me first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let me know why you want to return the product. If the return is approved, I will send you the information necessary to send the product back to me.
Please note I will not accept returns because you found knots/tie offs or for color variations between 2 spools of the same color. Although I do my best to only ship spools that look the same, color variations can occur.
